This Delivery Policy explains how HolyWord.online / Scriptura House provides access to tangible and intangible products and services.

Digital Products And Intangible Services

Digital books, PDF downloads, courses, memberships, app access, online libraries, printable resources, and other intangible products are delivered electronically. Delivery may occur by email, download link, hosted checkout portal, product library, membership account, fulfillment provider, or app account.

Most digital access is sent shortly after successful payment. If access does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders, then contact support with your order email and order number.

Physical Products

Physical books, apparel, posters, mugs, printed materials, and merchandise are delivered by shipping carriers or fulfillment providers. Physical delivery time depends on the product, provider, shipping method, and destination.

Mixed Orders

If an order contains both digital and physical items, digital access may be delivered separately from physical shipment. Physical products may ship in separate packages from different providers.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct email address for digital delivery and the correct shipping address for physical delivery. Contact support immediately if either address is wrong.

Delivery Problems

If you cannot access a digital product or your physical order has a delivery issue, contact support with your name, order number, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout.
