Digital Products And Intangible Services: 7-Day Refund Window
Digital products, downloads, digital books, digital bundles, online courses, memberships, app access, and other intangible products or services may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Approved digital refunds may revoke access to the digital product, member area, download link, course, app, or related fulfillment account.
Physical Products: 14-Day Return Window
Physical books, printed products, apparel, posters, mugs, gifts, and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Customers must contact support before returning a physical item so we can provide return instructions. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
